Return Strong monthly AI coaching

Monthly AI coaching renews at the price and frequency shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel before your next scheduled renewal through your subscription management link, or contact support@silkypuff.com for help. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not normally provide a partial refund for unused time in that period, except where required by law or where we agree a refund to resolve a service problem.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. One-time purchases do not automatically enrol you in monthly coaching. Any coaching included for a fixed period ends at the stated time unless you separately choose a subscription.

Problems and your rights

If you are charged twice, cannot access a paid purchase, or believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@silkypuff.com with your order number so we can investigate and put it right. These terms do not limit any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
